Supermate prices every drive and every journey from the charges that actually filled your battery — and shows what the same distance would have cost in petrol. Compatible with Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X.
Today it connects to a server you host yourself. Supermate Cloud, with nothing to install, is coming soon. How it connects →

Demo data, shown in the app's own screens.

Folded or open, with list and detail side by side.

Your battery fills from charges at different prices — home, Supercharger, free sessions. Supermate spreads the real price of the charges that filled it over the drives that used it, so every drive carries its own cost, marked ≈.

Consecutive drives — a coffee stop, a Supercharge in between — become one journey on their own, no grouping by you. See every leg on one map, each stop marked with where you stopped, how long, and how much you charged there. Time at the wheel is kept apart from the hours the trip really took — driving, charging and parked add back up to the whole.
Tick a few, get the sum. Tick any run of drives or charges — a weekend away, a work trip — and get the total: distance, energy, cost, and time at the wheel. If they don't join up, it says so: a sum, not a journey.
Charging is usually far cheaper than petrol. Now you can see by how much — for your car, your tariffs, your months. Next to what a drive, a month or a year really cost to charge, Supermate shows what the same distance would have burned in a petrol car.
No pump price to look up. Supermate fetches your country's official monthly petrol price by itself — nothing to type, no key to get. In Spain it's per province; in France you pick E10 or SP95. Anywhere not covered yet, set your own price.
About 30 countries: the EU-27, the UK, Norway and the US — plus Mexico and Peru.
Example figures — yours come from your own charges and tariffs.

Set your electricity tariffs — one price, or a timeline of rate periods per place — and see real figures. Where a number is worked out rather than recorded, it wears an ≈. You always know which is which.
Nothing in your car's data says who's at the wheel — so Supermate makes it effortless instead: assign a weekend of driving in three taps, and on routes you drive often it suggests who, from the pattern. Then it compares two drivers fairly — only on the roads you both drive, and only once there are enough trips — telling a real difference from ordinary day-to-day scatter. It only measures what it can: who drives faster and heats the cabin more, not who drives “better.”
Not sure who drove? On a route you both take often, Supermate suggests the likely driver from the pattern — you confirm, it learns.
Page through a Recap for any month or year — the day you drove furthest, how it stacks up against your usual, how much of your energy went to fast charging, your numbers front and centre. Tap Play to watch it unfold, then send it to whoever you like.
The image carries your figures, never the places you went. And any spot you'd rather keep to yourself — home, a friend's door — drops out of your Recaps for good.
Degradation and cycles, read from your own charges.
Longest journey, best efficiency, biggest day.
Distance, energy and cost across your whole history.

Charge, range and status without pulling out your phone — on the watch face, the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, updating live.

When something is unknown, the app says so. When a figure is an estimate, it wears an ≈ — nothing is ever shown as more certain than it is.
Real screens from the app's demo mode — the same sample car you can explore yourself before connecting anything.
Supermate reads your drives and charges from a logger. Already running TeslaMate? Connect in two minutes. Nothing installed? Supermate Cloud is on its way.
TeslaMate is a free, open-source logger you run on your own computer or server; it records every drive and charge of your car. Supermate connects to it — your car's data stays on your server, with no account.
Everything Supermate shows you, without running a server. Connect with Tesla, and every drive and charge is recorded for you — priced, grouped into journeys and compared with petrol, in the same app.
Planned price: €4.99 a month. Your self-hosted setup keeps working exactly as today — free app, optional one-time Pro.
We'll write once, when Supermate Cloud opens. Nothing else.
Run this on the server that hosts TeslaMate. It adds the TeslaMateApi container next to TeslaMate, generates a token, and prints a QR code.
curl -fsSL https://supermate.app/install.sh | bash
Open Supermate, tap “Scan a QR code”, and point it at the code. Your server address and token fill in on their own.
Doing it by hand? See the manual setup
🔒 The installer only prepares your own server — it exposes nothing. Reach it over your home network, Tailscale or a Cloudflare Tunnel; never open port 8080 straight to the internet.
Reaching it from outside your home? See the connection guide — Tailscale or a Cloudflare Tunnel →

Today it connects to a self-hosted TeslaMate server that also runs TeslaMateApi, and it works with Tesla Model 3, Y, S and X — several cars too. No server? Supermate Cloud (coming soon) will connect straight to your Tesla account, with nothing to install: join the waitlist. Requires iOS 18 or watchOS 11 or later.
Supermate without a server of your own: connect with Tesla and your drives and charges are recorded for you, on servers in the European Union, with export any time. It's coming soon — join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it opens. Planned price: €4.99 a month.
Free to download, with an optional one-time Pro unlock at €14.99. Twelve languages, metric or imperial, on every device you own.
